Favorite Work Memory:
Being at the company retreat in Carlsbad. It gave me a great opportunity to spend time with our co workers. I really enjoyed at the end of each night hanging out in the hot tub with whoever happened to be there that night. A ton of great conversations and quality time well spent!

What’s your favorite sports memory?
The Kobe-to-Shaq alley-oop in Game 7 of the 2000 Western Conference Finals is my favorite sports memory. Down by 15 in the fourth, the Lakers stormed back, and that iconic lob sealed the win over the Blazers. Kobe’s perfect pass and Shaq’s monster finish were a reminder of how unstoppable they were together and that was the start of the Lakers dynasty. That play captured their trust, chemistry, and ability to shine in the clutch.
Favorite Work Memory:
“One of my favorite memories as a High School boys basketball coach was seeing how much of an impact we could have beyond the game. After a tough loss, I sat with one of our players who was frustrated with himself. We talked about the bigger picture, how effort and growth matter more than a single result. Moments like that remind me that coaching is about more than wins, it’s about helping players grow as young men.”
